Quick Clamp Solutions has launched a new emergency response device that allows Food & Beverage, Alcohol, Pharmaceutical, and Dairy processors to rapidly reseal a major product outflow during valve or clamp failures. A scenario that can lead to massive product loss, safety hazards, and unplanned downtime within minutes.

Founded in June 2025 in Wentzville MO, Quick Clamp Solutions was created after recognizing a common reality across processing facilities. When a valve or clamp fails and a silo is draining rapidly, teams are often left reacting in real time with limited options. If unprepared, an uncontrolled product discharge can turn into a disaster within minutes. It exposes personnel to prolonged high-risk conditions and leads to product loss, unplanned downtime, costly cleanup fees, and potential regulatory and environmental violations.

The company’s tool, the Quick Clamp Sanitary Adapter, is designed to give a facility’s personnel a practical solution that can be implemented without hesitation. Most plants try to use their standard Tri Clamp equipment under emergency circumstances, bringing undue risk to their employees, and losing most of their product in the meantime. Now, that reality is over. The Quick Clamp Sanitary Adapter allows teams to quickly reseal a compromised outlet while product is still flowing at hundreds, if not thousands, of gallons per minute, helping turn a chaotic and dangerous situation into a controlled one.

“All plants are well-equipped for planned maintenance, but rarely are equipped for a full-flow outlet failure. I’ve learned that from personal experience” said Ray Baker, Founder. “We built Quick Clamp Solutions for the moments operators hope never happen, but eventually do. If it’s worth storing, it’s worth protecting.”

When staged on-site, the Quick Clamp Sanitary Adapter is intended to complement existing systems as a safeguard allowing standard operators to respond to emergency situations without requiring modifications to current equipment. It is compatible with standard Tri Clamp connections commonly used in Food & Beverage, Alcohol, Dairy, and Pharmaceutical processing, with sizes available in 2”, 2.5”, 3”, and 4”. The tool is designed for any facility that handles large volumes of liquid product, preparing them for the unexpected.

Their newly launched website provides an overview of the product, visual demonstrations, and educational material focused on emergency preparedness and response. You can also request a custom failure simulation, ROI, and risk analysis through the website. It is designed to help safety, operations, and maintenance teams better understand how to plan for rare but high-impact failures.

As the company moves forward, Quick Clamp Solutions plans to collaborate with processors and industry partners to continue education in real-world environments and expand its role in improving plant safety and operational resilience.
