Campbell selling refrigerated soup plant

Joshua Green affiliate is to be the new owner.

Campbell Soup Company has signed a definitive agreement to sell its 225,000-sq-ft Everett, Washington, refrigerated soup plant, a part of the Campbell Fresh division, to an affiliate of Seattle-based private investment company Joshua Green Corporation. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal 2019.
