Duravant operating companies Key Technology, Mespack, nVenia, PPM Technologies and Wulftec are showcasing their food sorting, handling and packaging solutions in Booth J-1820 at EXPO PACK Guadalajara. Delivering high-performance systems backed by industry-leading customer service, Duravant helps food processors and packers ensure product quality, increase productivity, reduce labor requirements and maximize yield.

“What truly sets Duravant Mexico apart is how we pair advanced equipment with market expertise and local support. Our deep understanding of the unique challenges facing Latin American food processors and packers has enabled us to build an ecosystem tailored specifically for them, including knowledgeable sales teams, regional service technicians who respond quickly, locally stocked spare parts and streamlined purchasing processes,” said Oscar Ortega, Managing Director at Duravant Mexico. “This approach eliminates many traditional barriers to technology adoption, allowing our customers to focus on what matters most – producing high-quality products and packages efficiently and profitably.”

On exhibit will be Key Technology’s COMPASS® optical sorter, featuring next-generation inspection capabilities with a sophisticated sort engine and intuitive user interface. Ideal for vegetables, fruits, snack foods and more, COMPASS detects the color, size, shape and structural properties of every object to identify and remove foreign material and product defects while simplifying system operation, sanitation and maintenance. The sorter's smartphone-inspired user interface allows even minimally skilled operators to become proficient in less than an hour, maximizing ease of use while ensuring consistent product quality and increasing yield.

PPM Technologies will present its FlavorWright All-in-One™ seasoning system, which integrates liquid and dry seasoning capabilities into a single standalone unit. FlavorWright All-in-One combines a vibratory in-feed conveyor, applicators and a removable drum with integrated liquid storage, pumping and filtration to achieve consistent, versatile seasoning in a small footprint. A user-friendly touchscreen interface enables precise control of component flow rates and recipe management, making it simple to operate and adapt to production needs.

Wulftec will display its SMLPA-200, a portable automated stretch wrapper that delivers industrial-grade performance at an affordable price. Capable of wrapping up to 55 loads per hour, this compact system is equipped with productivity-enhancing features like a 20-inch NO-THREAD® powered pre-stretch carriage for quick, ergonomic film loading and a cut-and-wipe system that eliminates manual film attachment. The SMLPA-200’s portable design and robust construction make it a versatile solution for facilities seeking reliable, cost-effective load containment automation.

Duravant companies Mespack and nVenia will also be showcasing their packaging equipment capabilities and services at Expo Pack Guadalajara booth J-1820. Mespack, a leader in flexible packaging and sustainable solutions, offers a broad portfolio of primary, secondary and end-of-line packaging machinery, including solutions for water soluble pods and horizontal and vertical form-fill-seal equipment. nVenia provides primary, secondary and end-of-line packaging equipment from their Arpac, Fischbein, Hamer and Ohlson product brands, delivering everything from shrink wrappers and case packers to bag sewing systems and palletizers.
