The Syntegon cartoner can be equipped with one or more delta robot cells. Due to the camera-based vision control system of the robotic solution in the Sigpack TTMD cartoner, the position of individual products on the infeed belt is detected. The delta robots can pick single or multiple products arriving in random order from several processes and place them in cartons, trays, or other containers, according to specifications, in a flat or on-edge position. The topload cartoner closes cartons at a maximum rate of 150 per min.
