Twin-station stretch wrapper provides labor savings

With the Orion Packaging Flex CTS twin-station automatic stretch wrapper, while one pallet is being wrapped, another is already wrapped and ready for pickup. Designed for small to mid-sized shipping operations, the steel-framed wrapper includes automatic load height sensing, 260 percent powered pre-stretch, AC motors, variable frequency drives and the capability to attach the tail end of the stretch wrap to the load automatically. The wrapper has a 5,000-pound load capacity and operates at 15 rotations per minute. Connection through an Ethernet port to the machine dashboard provides access to remote diagnostics management tools.
