Unlike traditional carbon steel systems that require separation from washdown areas, ONExia's stainless steel palletizer base can sit directly on wet floors to withstand runoff and overspray without compromising performance, safety, or longevity.
The stainless steel base PalletizHD is a compact and turn-key solution, offering fast installation and easy integration with existing packaging processes. With foldout scanners and forklift pockets, the system can be easily moved between lines based on production demand. Verified to meet ANSI and RIA standards, ONExia cobot palletizers require no caging or guarding, making them ideal for space-constrained packaging lines.
