ProMach, a comprehensive provider of complete processing and packaging solutions, will showcase new technologies from across its robotics and end-of-line portfolio at PACK EXPO International 2026, highlighting innovations designed to help manufacturers improve productivity, optimize floor space, advance sustainability initiatives, and increase operational flexibility.

Attendees can visit ProMach’s Booth S-3630, Oct. 18-21, Chicago, IL., for live demonstrations from Serpa, Rennco, Wexxar Bel, and Quest, each featuring next-generation automated solutions built on their proven platforms to address some of the industry's most pressing packaging challenges.

Product Overview:

Quest (Booth S-3660)
Quest will demonstrate Flexible One, a fully integrated packaging platform that combines primary packaging, secondary packaging, and end-of-line automation into a single coordinated solution.

Featuring Quest’s QX250 robotic case packer and QB321 robotic palletizer, the system addresses key manufacturing challenges including labor shortages, product complexity, floor space limitations, and evolving production demands. The QX250 can handle up to 30 cases and 180 products per minute while accommodating multiple case and flexible package formats, while the QB321 palletizes up to 24 cases per minute and features recipe-driven controls that allow operators to create, store, edit, and recall pallet recipes with ease. The integrated robotics architecture supports rapid changeovers, multiple package formats, and recipe-driven controls that simplify operation while increasing line flexibility and performance.

"Manufacturers need automation solutions that can adapt as quickly as market demands change," said Erik Grinnell, Vice President of Automation at Quest. "Flexible One combines robotics, integration and packaging expertise from Quest and other ProMach brands, into a single solution designed to support long-term operational growth."

Serpa (Booth S-3856)
Serpa will debut its new P200-P Integrated Case Packer-Palletizer, a single-frame solution that combines case packing and palletizing in one compact system. Built on Serpa's proven P200 platform, the machine was developed for manufacturers looking to automate their end-of-line operations while minimizing floor space and labor requirements.

The integrated design delivers more than 40% footprint savings compared to traditional standalone case packing and palletizing systems while maintaining the ease of operation, efficient changeovers, accessibility, and product handling capabilities P200 is known for. While initially designed for pharmaceutical applications, the solution is also suited for nutraceutical, medical device, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers depending on speed requirements.

"Manufacturers continue to face increasing pressure to maximize production within existing facilities," said Caden Johnston, Vice President of Sales for Serpa. "The P200-P helps customers recover valuable floor space with one compact solution while delivering the reliability, flexibility, and ease of maintenance they expect from Serpa equipment."

Wexxar Bel (Booth S-3750)
Wexxar Bel will showcase two new solutions at the show – the BEL 300 XL Fully Automatic Random Case Sealer and the IPAK FS100 Fully Automatic Flange Sealer. The BEL 300 XL brings the proven capabilities of the BEL 300 platform to larger case formats, automatically detecting incoming case dimensions and adjusting on the fly without manual intervention or changeover delays. Designed for high-mix packaging environments, the machine helps manufacturers handle multiple case sizes on a single line while maintaining throughput and reducing operator involvement. The BEL 300 platform can process up to five different case sizes simultaneously at speeds up to 25 cases per minute.

The IPAK FS100 flange sealer is designed for corrugated tray applications across a brand range of industries, including protein, poultry, agriculture, snack foods and other operations where packaging integrity is especially critical. The system combines a servo-driven tray advancement with pneumatic active flap-folding technology to deliver precise, consistent seal quality, while helping manufacturers reduce labor associated with improperly sealed trays. Capable of running up to 20 trays per minute, the FS100 was developed to address common industry challenges such as tray failures during palletizing, distribution and retail handling while simplifying operation through user-friendly controls and color-coded changeovers.

"As manufacturers face increasing pressure to improve efficiency while managing a growing variety of packaging formats, reliable automation becomes more important than ever," said Sander Smith, Product Manager at Wexxar Bel. "The BEL 300 XL and FS100 are designed to help customers improve throughput, reduce operational complexity and maintain package quality from production through distribution."

Rennco (Booth S-3860)
Rennco will showcase its new 301 Paper E-Commerce System, a sustainability-forward vertical bagging solution designed for e-commerce and fulfillment operations seeking alternatives to traditional packaging. The system’s seam-sealing technology enables reliable processing of heat-sealable paper materials, while its right-size bagging capability automatically adjusts package dimensions to reduce material consumption and dimensional-weight shipping costs. The system supports fiber-based recyclable packaging for products that can fit into a 18 x24-in. bag and integrates with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, and print-and-apply labeling technologies.

"Companies are looking for practical ways to improve sustainability without sacrificing operational performance," said Zac Schiller, Director of Engineering,"The 301 Paper E-Commerce System helps customers transition to paper-based packaging so they can reduce packaging, optimize shipping efficiency and profitability, and advance their sustainability goals."

Together, these advanced technologies reflect ProMach's ongoing commitment to helping manufacturers solve complex packaging challenges and meet evolving customer demands through innovative automation, integrated systems, and sustainable packaging solutions. Attendees at PACK EXPO International 2026 are invited to explore these technologies firsthand and learn how ProMach's portfolio of leading brands is helping drive the future of packaging and processing.
