We were on hand at IPPE last week, and here are some of the highlights we spotted. Messer debuted its KwikChiller system at last year's show but it's now commercially available. Developed in collaboration with poultry processors, the KwikChiller was designed to eliminate the need for CO2 pellets when chilling fresh poultry in combo bins. The inline chilling system features an integrated exhaust, offering a safer and more efficient alternative to manual CO2 pellet handling.

Did you know that JLS's products are all named after birds? Well, the company's Kestrel is a hygienic collate and load system that combines precision, speed and versatility in a compact footprint. Specifically engineered to handle uniform cylindrical food products such as meat snack sticks and straight sausages. This automated sausage loader transforms bulk product handling into a streamlined, high efficiency process.

Fortifi put eight of its brands on display at IPPE. The company's booth showcased Bettcher Industries, Frontmatic, MHM Automation, Lima, Nothum, among others. For more IPPE coverage, and for additional news and products, visit ProFoodWorld.com.
