Turkey Hill LLC has named Tim Hopkins as CEO. Most recently the CEO of ice cream novelties business PLM Operations, Hopkins previously served as president & general manager of Friendly’s Ice Cream, and has held leadership positions at The Dannon Company, Bestfoods and The Pillsbury Company. Hopkins succeeds John Cox, who will continue to work with Turkey Hill as its chairman of the board of directors.
