McCain Foods USA Inc. is investing $300 million on a 170,000-sq-ft expansion of its Othello, WA potato processing facility. The expansion will add another state-of-the-art battered and conventional french fry processing line, and is expected to create 180 new jobs. Construction will begin this month, with an anticipated completion date of early 2021.
