Rota Val Fast-Clean 316L stainless steel rotary valves are suited to any application requiring the frequent cleaning of internal components. All the internal surfaces machined; polished mechanical and/or electrical surface finishes are available up to 0.2 Ra. Bottom-mounted sliding rails ensure alignment of the rotor to the housing, while a rotor support saddle eliminates the need for manual lifting or special equipment under primary cleaning operations. Available in sizes from 125 to 350mm, the CIP-able valves have close vane tolerances.
