Offering both wet and dry seasoning in a single lightweight, polymer flavor drum, the tna intelli-flav^OMS 5.1 on-machine seasoning system includes a heated oil circulation system. Designed to IP65 standards, it has an instant load capacity of 1,600 kg per hr and is available with a range of options, such as a high-capacity stainless-steel drum and integrated bulk powder fill technology. The unit can be used to season a variety of products, including fried, baked and puffed snacks, such as chips, crackers and popcorn, as well as confectioneries and frozen foods.
