The Hollymatic 8/65 E Roto-Flow portioning machine with PLC control has an operator touchscreen that allows changing the variable speed from 30 to 70 cycles/min. and controlling the timing of patty filling for hard-to-portion products. The patty stack count and conveyor travel also can be adjusted. The system forms meat columns that are twisted together to form the patties that cook faster and retain their shape.
