Customizable unit runs an array of tray sizes

Built to form trays up to 60 in. x 60 in. with or without a lid, the Eagle Packaging Machinery Vassoyo Air XL tray former includes a pre-load station to stage up to 36 in. of corrugate, a powered mechanical lift to index tray blanks 1 at a time, a vacuum blank sheet feeder to transfer blanks through the system for forming and gluing, an Omron or Allen Bradley PLC and a color touchscreen HMI with detailed operational instructions. The moving forming section allows large blanks to be formed squarely.
