Conagra Brands is acquiring Angie’s Artisan Treats, known for its Angie’s Boomchickapop popcorn, in an effort to revamp its portfolio by adding fast-growing brands. Details of the purchase have not been revealed, but Conagra is expecting to finalize the deal by year’s end.
