McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets
Based on reports from Bloomberg, two major food companies—Cargill and Tyson Foods—as well as Chinese international conglomerate and investment company, Fosun International Ltd., may be considering the acquisition of McDonald’s US chicken nugget supplier, Keystone Foods LLC. Marfrig Global Foods SA, which owns Keystone, is said to be looking to sell the company for more than $3 billion, according to Bloomberg’s confidential sources.
