Blommer Chocolate Company, North America’s largest ingredient chocolate manufacturer, is being acquired by Fuji Oil Holding, Inc., a leader in oil and fat ingredients for the food industry. The deal includes Blommer’s four manufacturing operations in North America and one in Shanghai. The transaction is expected to close in 30 to 60 days.
