Boston Beer and Dogfish Head
The Boston Beer Company, Inc and Dogfish Head Brewery have signed a definitive merger agreement. Valued at approximately $300 million, the deal will create a leadership platform for craft beer. The transaction is expected to close late in the second quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
