Litehouse buying Sky Valley Foods

A 100 percent employee-owned company, Litehouse, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Sky Valley Foods, which produces organic shelf-stable dressings, condiments, marinades and sauces. According to the agreement, which is effective June 1, Litehouse also will acquire a 132,000-sq-ft manufacturing facility in Danville, Virginia. No further terms on the transaction have been released.
