JBT completes 2 acquisitions

JBT Corporation has completed the acquisition of Proseal uk Limited, a provider of tray sealing technology, and Prime Equipment Group, Inc., which manufactures turnkey primary and water reuse solutions for the poultry industry. JBT paid $280 million for Proseal and $65 million for Prime Equipment.
