Hometown Food Company, a wholly owned portfolio company of Brynwood Partners VII L.P. and Brynwood Partners VIII L.P., has paid the Hain Celestial Group, Inc. $15 million to acquire its SunSpire and Arrowhead Mills brands, as well as the Arrowhead Mills manufacturing facility in Hereford, Texas, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.
