Utz Quality Foods, LLC takes over

Conagra Brands, Inc. has sold to Utz Quality Foods, LLC the portion of its snacks business that operates under a direct-store-delivery model. Included in the sale are the Tim’s Cascade Snacks, Hawaiian Snacks, Erin’s, El Restaurante, Snyder of Berlin, Pop-N-Thin and Husman’s brands. No financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
