Used to thin blades prior to edging and honing, PRIMEdge HGCU grinders incorporate 4- or 6-in. cup stones that maintain the same stone bevel and diameter as the stones wear. A built-in go/no-go gauge determines if blades are thinned sufficiently for edging and honing, while an adjustable, pivoting lamp can be oriented in different positions for visibility while grinding blades. CE approved, the grinders thin blades up to 16-in. long.
