Acquisition adds to range of services offered by filling and portioning systems division

Handtmann, Inotec Leadership

The Handtmann Group of Companies has acquired the Inotec Group, which manufactures mixing and emulsification technology, as well as tying machines, for the food processing sector. The acquisition expands the portfolio of the Handtmann filling and portioning systems division, which develops, produces, and markets filling and portioning systems. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Bundeskartellamt, the German Federal Cartel Office.
