Tyson Foods Completes Ohio Plant Expansion

The company will be adding hundreds of positions to help meet the growing demand for its protein products nationwide.

Following the completion of this year’s $20 million project to expand production lines and capacity at its Amherst, Ohio food processing plant, Tyson Foods plans to hire 200 more workers at the facility. The site produces frozen ready-to-eat sandwiches for brands such as Jimmy Dean.
