Utz Brands, Inc. subsidiary Utz Quality Foods, LLC has entered into a definitive agreement to pay less than $10 million to Conagra Brands, Inc. for certain assets of the H.K. Anderson business, a leading brand of peanut butter-filled pretzels. The acquisition includes intellectual property specific to the brand and does not include facilities or equipment. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close in November.
