Is Kraft Heinz Ready to Sell Planters?

Hormel is cited as the potential buyer of the iconic brand as Kraft Heinz trims its portfolio.

According to reports in The Wall Street Journal, Kraft Heinz is currently in talks with Hormel, which is potentially set to buy Planters for around $3 billion. The newspaper says the deal could be announced as early as next week.
