Constellation Brands has acquired Domaine Curry from Coup De Foudre Napa Valley. The brand will become a part of company’s Prisoner Wine brands, enhancing its Aspira Fine Wine & Craft Spirits higher-end wines and spirits portfolio.
The acquisition also supports Constellation’s commitment to invest $100 million in female- and minority-owned businesses within the beverage alcohol industry by 2030, as well as Constellation Brands’ M&A strategy, as the company shifts its focus from transformative acquisitions to smaller transactions. No financial terms of the Domaine Curry deal have been disclosed.
