Mondelēz International enters into renewable energy partnership

Is teaming up with Enel Green Power North America

Mondelēz International and Enel Green Power North America have signed a 12-year power purchase agreement. In accordance with the agreement, Mondelēz International will be purchasing energy delivered to the electricity grid from Enel Green Power North America’s Roadrunner project, a solar farm in Texas. The partnership is expected to reduce Mondelēz carbon dioxide emissions by 80,000 metric tons.
