ILPRA's FoodPack Hyper Tray Sealer is a new concept in-line Tray Sealer resulting in 60+ years of professional engineering experience and continuous research and development.

All the main movements are mechanical and driven by servo motors. With the Hyper models technology and engineers, customers can expect the highest level of production throughput with minimal film scrap waste, thanks to the newly engineered tooling. The movement of the containers towards the area of sealing takes place through high precision, continuous motion technology. This process takes place by a set of transport jaws working in complete synergy with the infeed belt and picking up the containers and transporting them inside the area of sealing, without deceleration of speed.

In the station of sealing servo technology guarantees precision, speed of execution, reduced maintenance and no compressed air consumption. The film tensioning is automatic and electronically controlled, and mould changeover has been made easier than ever before.

The Hyper comes in two sizes, 1,000 / 1,250mm sealing area.
