The Chester-Jensen 70N series Cooker-Cooler batch mixing processor cooks, cools and blends food products. An all-stainless steel unit, it has a fully insulated cone bottom heat exchange jacket and provides dual agitation that blends ingredients to create evenly finished products. It is available in sizes up to 1,000 gal.
