Mixer produces more stable emulsions

The Tetra Pak R370-1000D high-shear inline mixer handles high-viscosity products up to 2,000 cP and breaks down the size of droplets to one micron; it also can be used for ingredients with up to 65 percent dry matter. Featuring a built-in deaerating system, as well as a powder and introduction system, the mixer operates at a capacity of up to 30,000 L/hr. Typical applications include the production of liquid dairy and beverages, ice cream and prepared foods, in addition to most food manufacturing pre-mixing processes.
