Hollymatic 180A Stainless-steel Mixer/Grinder

The Hollymatic 180A stainless-steel mixer/grinder features a 225-lb. hopper with a counterbalanced safety interlocked lid. Used for ground meat production, the unit has a stainless-steel “figure 8” mixing paddle that blends fat to lean, while a minimally exposed feed screw prevents temperature rise. The hopper tilts for cleaning.
