Designed for ferrous metal separation, the IMI round drawer-in-housing in-stream magnet is used for dry, free-flowing powders and granular products, such as food, feed and grain. Available with 4-, 5-, 6- and 8-in. diameter inlet/outlet sizes, the all-welded, stainless-steel housing has a food-grade finish and includes a silicone gasket with T-handle clamps for positive sealing. The housing comes standard with one row of magnetic tubes, while a taller model features two rows of magnetic tubes aligned on alternating centers, so product flows in a zigzag pattern while contacting the tubes.
