Designed for applications where regular lubrication is not possible or practical, the Timken Drives Element sintered bushing roller chain utilizes a premium H1 food-grade lubricant with a bushing that maximizes the lubricant available to the pin. A special coating on exposed surfaces protects the nickel-plated chain and makes it suitable for high-humidity applications, while chrome-hardened pins have a hard surface that works in concert with the lubricant and bushing to reduce chain elongation. The chain operates at a maximum speed of 160 ft per min and at temperatures from 14°F to 302°F.
