The unit’s jaws create stable longitudinal and cross seals, enabling gas-tight bags over a range of film materials. The low-drop design between the weigher and jaw-head reduces the chance of damage to brittle products, such as hard candy or crackers, while the product-in-seal detection function creates a double-bag to avoid contamination or damage to the sealing jaws or knife if product accidentally fouls the seal area.
