Engineered for the bulk filling of drums, cartons, totes, gaylords, bags and other bulk container types, the NBE single-station, variable container filling system provides container-specific filling, densification and NTEP-certified weighing. When the system is in the multiple container mode, the densifier arm and pad automatically extend from it to densify 1 drum at a time; when the drum fill/densification cycle is complete, the pallet deck rotates to repeat the cycle with each drum on the pallet. When in the single container mode, the system uses a deck-only vibratory densifier. The UL-listed, menu-driven controller meters material feed rates based on container type, material type, densification cycles and finished package weight. The system can weigh containers with capacities from 250 to 4,000 lb. with an accuracy of +/-.01%.
