Dumper constructed of stainless steel finished to food standards

With the Flexicon sanitary TIP-TITE High-Lift box/container dumper, boxes and other containers are loaded at floor level and discharged into vessels 6 to 10 ft. above the plant floor. First, the containers are hydraulically seated against a discharge hood. Then, the assembly is hydraulically elevated and tipped, seating the discharge hood spout against a gasketed receiving ring installed on the receiving vessel or process equipment. When the pneumatically actuated slide gate valve at the spout outlet is opened, the dumper provides a controlled, dust-free discharge. The unit accommodates Gaylords and other boxes from 36 to 48 in. on a side and 39 to 44 in. in overall height.
