The embedded diamond top belting achieves quick release of sticky foods because the diamond pattern is embedded on the surface of the belt, both sides of the drive flights and synchronized sidewalls. ThermoDrive solid-surface belts are made of homogeneous thermoplastic with 100 percent closed surfaces, which makes them suited for hygienic food-processing applications.
