Bulk bag unloader meets material flow needs in range of production environments

Offering a 2-ton capacity and a low-profile pick-up, the Volkmann bulk bag unloading station is available in forklift and hoist versions. It features a dust-tight discharge connector to the feed hopper. Options include frame extension sets and electric hoists with passive or active traverse mechanisms; massaging paddles with pneumatic actuators, material agitators and material delumpers; a manual or pneumatic covering for the material discharge module; a filter-based dust collector located on the discharge hopper; and an interface for Volkmann conveying systems to move the contained product downstream in the production process.
