Goudsmit Magnetics High Gradient Magnetic Separator

This content was written and submitted by the supplier. It has only been modified to comply with this publication’s space and style.

Engineered for chocolate garnish chips and granules, the Goudsmit magnetic separator includes a magnetic conveyor roller that separates iron particles and weakly magnetic stainless-steel particles. A vibrating chute feeds the chocolate flakes and pellets onto the conveyor belt and distributes the products in a single layer. Then, the conveyor belt turns around the magnetic roller that captures and carries away the metal-containing product. The clean product falls directly into the packaging machine. The high-gradient separator also is suitable for other dry, granular products, such as herbs and spices.
