ABC Compressors announces two innovations that mark a new chapter in the evolution of PET bottling technology for the food and beverage industry. Leading the way is the official launch of X-PET, a fully integrated, oil-free high-pressure compressor developed to meet the demanding needs of modern blow molding operations. Also on the horizon is the upcoming release of the next-generation Horizon Synchro, ABC’s flagship integrated blowing and filling system.
Compact Power Meets Plug-and-Play Simplicity
Designed as a true plug-and-play system, the X-PET is delivered as a compact, air-cooled package mounted on a single frame for easy installation and fast deployment. It requires no additional auxiliary equipment, minimizing footprint, reducing downtime, and simplifying maintenance. Two models are available:
- X-PET 200 – 250 m³/h, 45 kW (60 HP)
- X-PET 400 – 350 m³/h, 75 kW (101 HP)
Both units operate at pressures of up to 40 bar (580 psig), built to meet the highest international standards for performance and reliability. A built-in frequency converter ensures energy-efficient operation by adjusting compressor output in real time according to system demand.
Intelligent Control for Smart Operations
Aligned with Industry 4.0 principles, the X-PET includes a PLC-HMI control system with cloud connectivity and remote diagnostics, enabling real-time monitoring from anywhere in the world. LED status lighting integrated around the control panel offers intuitive visual feedback, supporting enhanced user awareness and preventive maintenance.
