Fps Spiral Immersion System

Developed for chilling, freezing, pasteurizing, cooking, and chemically treating food products, the FPS spiral immersion system features a spiral conveyor in a tank of liquid, such as water, chemical treatment, nutrient treatment, or brine. The fully welded 316 stainless-steel enclosure has 5-in. thick polyurethane insulation and contains approximately 1,000 ft of self-stacking modular plastic belt in two spiral stacks. Able to process any food product that is bagged or comes with a natural casing, rind, skin, or shell, the system includes encoder-regulated direct-drive motors and reducers, a state-of-the-art control system, programmable logic controller, and color touchscreen.
