The Hershey Co. has named Dave Hulays Chief Financial Officer, effective Sept. 8, 2026, succeeding Steve Voskuil, who is retiring after serving in the role since 2019. Hulays will report to President and CEO Kirk Tanner and oversee Hershey's global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations.

Hulays brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience at Hershey. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance, where he helped lead the company's financial strategy and supported several business transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Hershey in 2023, Hulays held senior finance leadership positions at The Kraft Heinz Co., where he spent more than 20 years in roles spanning corporate finance, commercial operations, and international markets.

"Dave is an exceptional finance leader with deep expertise, strategic perspective and a strong understanding of our business," Tanner says. "His leadership has already played an important role in helping shape Hershey's financial strategy, and I am confident he will continue to help drive our next chapter of growth."

Voskuil joined Hershey in 2019 after serving as CFO of Avanos Medical. During his tenure, he helped guide the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, major acquisitions, commodity cost volatility, and the company's ongoing business transformation efforts. He will remain with Hershey through the end of 2026 in an advisory capacity to support the leadership transition.

Hulays' appointment marks the latest executive leadership change at Hershey as the company continues to reshape its leadership team under Tanner, who became CEO in 2025. Earlier this year, Hershey named Mitchell Arends Chief Supply Chain Officer and Heather Hoytink President, U.S., as part of broader organizational changes.
