Registration is now open for ProFood Tech 2019 (March 26–28, 2019; McCormick Place, Chicago), the only event in North America focused exclusively on all food and beverage sectors, drawing 7,000 processing professionals and 450 of the world’s top suppliers to more than 150,000 net sq ft of exhibit floor space.

Produced by three of the world’s trade show leaders, PACK EXPO, Anuga and the International Dairy Food Association (IDFA), the three-day event showcases cutting-edge crossover technologies and innovative solutions for dairy; beverage; baking and snacks; meat, poultry and seafood; confectionery; grain, mill and cereal; fruits and vegetables; pet food and pet care; and ingredients professionals.

Free educational sessions – Groundbreaking seminars under the leadership of IDFA will occur regularly on the show floor. 

Cold Pressure Council Conference – (March 26 -27) The Cold Pressure Council aims to advance high pressure processing (HPP) as a critical technology for the food and beverage industry. Convened by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, the Cold Pressure Council addresses questions about HPP, develops and formalizes best practices, and promotes networking among HPP professionals.

Emerging Leaders Networking event - The Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) will hold an exclusive networking event at ProFood Tech for engaged professionals in packaging and processing dedicated to advancing the industry through its next generation of leaders.

PMMI U Certified Trainer & Risk Assessment – PMMI will offer training workshops during ProFood Tech. The Certified Trainer Program provides companies the opportunity to upskill employees while equipping them with strategies and tactics to train well across all employee skill levels. Additionally, the Risk Assessment Workshop offers ways to reduce downtime, improve productivity and ensure worker safety.

Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network – The PPWLN will host a networking breakfast and featured presentation, continuing its mission to recruit, retain and advance women's careers in packaging and processing. 

2018 Sustainability Excellence in Manufacturing Award – ProFood World will honor exceptional sustainability achievements within food and beverage manufacturing operations at ProFood Tech. These annual peer-reviewed awards recognize manufacturing plants for their efforts in driving improved performance through sustainability, honoring those companies and individuals that seek to go beyond environmental compliance. Specifically, the 2018 Sustainability Excellence in Manufacturing Awards focus on pollution prevention, enhanced environmental protection and stewardship, as well as compliance assurance.
