The Carruthers DuraKut 6000 Series dicer is equipped with VFD motors for two-dimensional cubing and the strip cutting of fresh or cooked food products. Offering continuous flow processing, the 12-in. machine is controlled via an Allen-Bradley MobileView HMI.
