I'm Max King, the vice president of sales and marketing here at Handtmann. We're gonna go through and show you from start to finish a complete line for minced meat.
So this is our Handtmann vacuum filler, which is known for its precision and accuracy while making the portions. And this piece of machinery here, this is where the minced meat actually comes out, and we're showing at the show today one pound pieces.
It goes down through here, and you can see this WS910. It's actually a check weighing system. So as the product maybe is a little bit heavier than a pound or a little bit lower than a pound, that actually sends feedback back to the vacuum filler so it's precisely always a pound. We do have a, the SB9- 913 actually will, if it's too heavy or too light, will actually get rid of the product so you don't waste anything. And you can see the conveyance belt system.
I'll take you back over here where one of our partners is Multivac here. So this is a Multivac packaging machine. And what we do is we're able to feed those individual minced meat line. It comes down this conveyor belt system, and the way we work with Multivac, it actually comes out as in a four by four configuration. It'll load four across, pivot, four across, four across, four across, and the machine actually deposits them all at once.
And it comes... You can see how we've got it loaded here. It's all... It comes down the rest of the packaging machine. Extremely efficient. All this is done by the communication between the two companies. It's like you're buying from one, one, one customer. It comes all the way through where the film's actually applied.
And on the backside here, you have a finished one pound product you can end up taking to a customer. It's got the labeling, and everything's included all from buying from us and working with the Multivac company.
So that's a great example of how we partner and work with different cust- different suppliers to make things happen here at Pack Expo.
