Flashing sounders enhance safety with detection systems

Designed to alert personnel of an evacuation when there is presence of hazardous gas, Pfannenberg PATROL Series flashing sounders combine visual and audible signaling when used with ammonia carbon dioxide, freon, methane or chlorine gas monitoring systems. The UV-resistant, flame-retardant polycarbonate/ABS impact-proof housing has an IK08 impact rating, while the xenon strobe flash tube contains no filament to break and is secured by a steel clamp to protect it from damage. The sounders offer 80 preprogrammed alarm tones with four stages for distinctive signaling of specific events.
