The Foremost Farms USA board of directors has chosen Greg Schlafer to serve as the dairy cooperative’s president and CEO, as of December 2. Previously, Schlafer held the positions of vice president and general manager, bakeries & foodservice division for General Mills and president of Lamb Weston. Most recently, he was the vice president, food group sales and marketing at J.R. Simplot Company.
