Kroger selling Turkey Hill business

Peak Rock Capital affiliate to be new owner

The Kroger Co. has agreed to sell its Turkey Hill business to an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. The new owner has agreed to continue operating the Turkey Hill business out of its Conestoga, PA facility and under the Turkey Hill brand, which includes iced teas, fruit drinks, milk, frozen dairy treats and a variety of ice cream products. The transaction is expected to close during Kroger’s first quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
